Y Combinator eyes India, shares its Itinerary to visit 3 Startup Indian Cities


The Startup Mojo is a community which unveils the learning of the startup world to empower the budding entrepreneurs. We sincerely intend to build a network for entrepreneurs, thereby helping them to cross leverage their skills and resources to overcome their early challenges.

One of the most acclaimed global Startup Incubator is in India for their upcoming Indian visits to host talks in the office hours, in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. Y Combinator looks forward to address startup queries in relation to apply for their incubation program and questions in general. According to the format “The Office Hours” will be of 20 minutes duration for each startup.

YC Partners Tim Brady and Adora Cheung made their first visit to India in Sep, 2016 and conducted the Office Hours in Delhi and Bengaluru. This time the visit is going to be hosted by Gustaf Alströmer, Adora Cheung, and Anu Hariharan in Mumbai too apart from earlier visited cities viz Delhi and Bengaluru. The Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi Office Hours are on on October 23, 26 and 27, 2017.

Brief about Y combinator.

Y Combinator was founded by Paul Graham in 2005. It’s a community of 2400 founders. Since 2005 they have funded around 1000 Startups. They have some big unicorns evolving from their accelerator programs such as Airbnb, Dropbox and Instakart. They also seed invest in selected Startups and their portfolio companies have a combined valuation of US$ 65B.

Y Combinator has been eyeing India from past sometime. It also has backed Startups in specific domains in the recent past. These are Clear Tax and Razor Pay.
