One of the most successful Ecommerce companies across the globe has been mastering the art of diversification in its Strategy towards Business Development. Amazon is the largest Internet-based retailer in the world by total sales and market capitalization. The company also produces consumer electronics—notably, Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Fire TV and the Echo—and is the world’s largest provider of cloud infrastructure services i.e Amazon Web Services.  Amazon also sells certain low-end products like USB cables under its in-house brand AmazonBasics.

The company now introduces Amazon Chime – a modern, fully-managed communications service from AWS that makes it easy for you to communicate with people inside and outside your organisation using voice, video, and chat. According to the Amazon blog “With Amazon Chime, online meetings are easier and more efficient, crystal clear audio and high definition video keep you focused on the discussion, and the service is designed to work seamlessly across desktops and mobile devices,” the blog post from Amazon read. See the video above for more details.

  2. Suresh I feel it will never be free...since its targeting the users which are primarily corporates. However for some time they will have Freemium offers that will be floating...to catch on early users....
